I did mine over the phone and dont even know my acc number :mad:. I waited and heard nothing I rang marshall ward today to find out what was happebing they said it was out of stock (csi and life) I asked why I had not recieved an email or a letter they said.... Don't know! no appology:mad:. Just siad to check back fro it being in stock!?!? they also said they dot need to refund the £50 as it was never took off of the card??!!! Is this true?

Mine was definitely taken off my card and I ordered by phone too. I have had the full refund though.

It will show in your bank account statement if the money was taken from you. I dont understand why they have not refunded me yet, its been over a week. Arrghhh. I still waiting for the tesco refund for that £15 xbox game too. Really annoyed.

This is nuts I rang them again, because the money had been taken off of my card, and this is a legally binding contract! They should not take the funds until the goods have been recieved:mad:. I ordered the csi set at £25, the life at £25 and used a £20 off code, so £30. When speeking to them they say the items are out of stock, if you look on the site it shows they are in stock, when questioning them they said the items were out of stock when everyone was ordering them but they were expecting some more in so they let the orders go through! The items now show at csi £269:eek::eek::eek: and life £89! They said we could re order but they still may not be in stock and that could leave that money stuck and unavailable over christmas:eek::mad:! they said if we still were not happy to talk to trading standards, its the way they have always done things people should complain to ts for it to change! They couldnt explain why the price had been increased by 10x, they just said it was the marketing they couldnt comment.

So you heard them if we all complain to ts, it may improve in the future! I know it sounds harsh but the woman on the phone promised it was in stock and would be with me in a week, over 10 days later and no letter, email call, shocking customer services I feel!

I have not received a full refund, in 2 parts, £25 then £3.95.

I recieved £25 refund but had to e-mail to have the other £3.95 refunded. Went in account today so happy i've got my money back just need to cancel account now.

Arrghh just rang additions and gave them a peace of my mind. I was calling about the refund, I had a lady call my earlier today who left a message saying I need to call them and give them the last 4 digits of my CC to get my refund and they will process it there and them. So I call provide the information then am told I will get my refund in TEN days and she needs to pass my CC details onto a different department to get the refund.............

Then I fin d out the number well call for additions is a premium number, WHAT so I tell her I am !!!!ed off I am calling her over and over again for a refund and I am paying for the calls ..........arrghhh

This is one of the owrst companys I have ever dealt with along with Tescos Entertainment.

Anyone thought about telling the papers? Might be something they are interested in what with the muck around with refunds etc..
