I got my reply, although they state they did not take the moneies due, they did! I confimed it with my bank, but refunded SOME not all the money yesterday 2.12.09.
I have replied to them telling them this and asked why they have not refunded the full amount!!, and when are they going too. P****d Off even more now!!:mad:

I was refunded yesterday. I have had no response to my email complaint though.

I think I've been refunded as have had lots of individual payments into my account adding up to the right amount, no details of what they were though! I also had a 4th generic email failing to answer any of my questions :rolleyes:

I have had to ask for the delivery charge to be refunded too, I know this was unlikely to be dispatched, but messing around with refunds and delivery charges is just going to make them lose customers surely?

I'll wait to see whether they get back to me or not

I've just checked my bank account and my £25 has been refunded. Although i dont think ive been charged for postage, i cant see it anywhere on the account and ive only paid £25.

Just to let everyone know, mine is showing on my order status as 'no longer available', they have taken and also refunded the money to my account, but I haven't received any cancellation email yet. Probably only a matter of time though. So disappointed as I really wanted this, just can't afford to pay 80 odd quid that they want for it now.

Never mind eh.

In addition to the email, I have now had a letter saying they are out of stock. As they said they could not honour the price in their previous email to which I responded, it seems they are now covering themselves from another angle.
