The items are all back on the website, however they have a "New" icon splashed all over them! Reckon that's how they are going to get away with not having to satisfy previous orders. They're claiming that the ones now on the website are new.....:mad:0

Is it worth emailing back that if it is on stock then they legally have to complete it. I thought they could only not send it if it was out of stock (like i was told on the phone), but it is in stock according to her?

Mine has been cancelled and when I log into my account I get this-
Credit limit£300.00Available to spend£281.05Balance£-6.05
How on earth can I owe £6.05 when the order came to £10 and its been credited back to my account??0
