  • Good idea, compose it in Word and then when you're happy with it, write it out by hand and read it back to yourself out loud several times.

When talking about feelings it's always a better idea to try and say things like "I feel" rather than "You make me feel". Telling someone what you're feeling cannot be disputed because they're your feelings an they belong to you only. "You make me feel" sounds like a criticism (which it is, really, even if it's not intended) and will open up the possibility of denials etcetera.

Good luck! You can make things better. It's the wanting to that makes the difference
  • Trust? What do you think he will be doing at an after party with other women? Sipping tea?? Straying from the pack more like!
  • It's a work do. With psychiatric nurse colleagues. Not everyone in the world is aching to get themselves in trouble every single time they leave the house. Now please stop trolling, you fool

Righteo....he is still in the bad books!
but.........he has acknowledged that he was insensitive....im shattered after a long weekend, each time he tried to talk over me or not allow me to have my say i got my coat and walked out!:D this worked a treat.....he sat quietly and listened to what i had to say.....I also told him that i was wrong in the way i reacted and that I probably expect too much from him, he said that sometimes he felt drained after work and when he gets home all he wants to do is go to bed as he has probably chased a patient down a hill to stop them doing whatever!
He said he absolutely loved me and my newly aquired shape...but was so scared of hurting me or the baby.....he also said about my boobs:D and that I told him off in the early stages for touching them (they were V..V..V sore) so we laughed about that...I told him they wernt just as sore anymore;)

Then Diaster struck this am......CSA rang and told him they wanted £320/£350 per month for his kids....he has to pay.....so more stress on him!! but sure thats the way it goes....I posted on the csa forums to see if i can get some advice for him as its a bit of a difficult one!!

Thank you for all your support through this!!
