  • have decided am no longer going to get a zone 1-4 travelcard and will get a zone 2-4 travelcard,and bus the remainder into work might be adding 20 minutes to my journey but will be saving over £60 a month result which will go towards debt reduction.

    credit card statement arrived yesterday and the balance is a whole 23p lower than i had worked out so am off to change my signature.

    Normally i wouldn't have bothered for 23p but every little helps and 23p is 23p after all.

    ive updated my signature, and i have nearly reached 5% of my overall goal already - so im rather chuffed!!

    right asked hubby whats hes paid this month

    £385 loan-usual payment
    £160 off 2cards min payment or just over.
    so £545 add to my £40/80 od loan = £665 for decemember
    only another £19,345 to go!

    was hoping to pay barclaycard £100 today but will have to wait until next week.
    will keep selling like mad to do it , megalisting ebay this weekend to raise £70.
    Then its additions turn.

    feel bit bad as spent £25 in shop on food and drink as we staying in got freinds coming round but hey newyear just once a year will pull back in january and live a frugal life as freezer full of reductions been up co-op daily sick of sight of place now might just stick to small shop lidls during jan.

    cant wait to pay my bills this month (makes a change) will pay mine online tomorrow and start the year as i mean to go on. Have been itching to post on this thread all month but havent had the spare money with christmas and everything else, but hopefully will manage to post a bit more over the next month. Cant believe how this site has changed my life and perspective on it what with one challenge and another, so thanks everybody and we can do it, will update my signature tomorrow once i've worked out my payments
