I achieved £12880 of my £15k challenge. I'm happy with this as this is probably a grand more than i would have done without this challenge. Thank you for starting it.

Hello to my debt busting family wanted to input in my last entry for 2010. I have managed to pay off £11200 towards my debts and eradicated my catalogue debt and student loans hurrah can't believe it seeing the total there. have £2000 left on my credit card, a personal loan and my mortgage before I am totally debt free but just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has been on this thread for their words of encouragement. Seeing everyone chip away at their debt is really empowering that I am not alone and not merely a slave to debt. Roll on 2011 where I am planning to be more of an investor as oppose to a borrower and minimising my debt. Take care everyone:beer::beer::beer:
