and also go to www.windowsupdate.com and update to Service Pack 3 and Internet explorer 8
i have clicked on here, and downloaded IE8 - got as far as computer restarting. It says i then need to open IE and click on tools, window update - but i cant see where i open IE from? I thought there would be a desktop icon or something? Or listed in the programme list - but when i click there (think it is the old version as it appears half way though the list of programmes) i dont seem to get anywhere??0 -
If you go into the start menu and Programs "Windows Update" should be list near the top click on it and you should be able to update from there.0
