It will be quicker what with it being cleaning of the infections you had. FIX these:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://home.sweetim.com
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {6638A9DE-0745-4292-8A2E-AE530E7B9B3F} - (no file)
    R3 - URLSearchHook: SweetIM For Internet Explorer - {BC4FFE41-DE9F-46fa-B455-AAD49B9F9938} - C:\Program Files\Macrogaming\SweetIMBarForIE\toolbar.dll (file missing)

Ok once thats done I would seriously consider getting rid of all the toolbars installed in the browsers, like the Ask Google and Yahoo ones.

Next download this: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download-tools the first one in the list then go to the control panel uninstall AVG, onced its done run the removal tool to make sure AVG is completely removed.

Ok now go to this: http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/default.aspx?mkt=en-us#dlbutton and download and install it. Once done run windows update this make take a while as you need to install service pack 3 and all the updates after it. When thats done run a full scan with Security Essentials.

right, i have deleted those files. How do i uninstall the toolbars?

Sorry uninstall it Start>Control Panel. I'm in 7 and cant remember the actual name in the old style control panel but they'll be an option to uninstall programs. Uninstall it from there as well as the toolbars and run the removal tool after its done.
