I wondered what the hell you lot were on about as that was the first post I saw! :p

Whats with people who write but put extra letters in the words?! Like 'i wentt to the shoppp todayyyy'.... ARGH.

That really annoys me too! And 'luff yew'. Morons.

Well done on the training Lulu!

Hen nights are not my thing - so yep, I'd be in the prude group too!

I think that's a good idea to not look at houses like that, as nice as they look! I was looking at flats in Cornwall and they're actually financially possible - but in completely the wrong area unfortunately.

How was the film? It's one I want to see. I watched the Ugly Truth the other day and it was pretty rubbish. Got the Proposal to watch now and I've heard it's pretty good.

I agree with Birdie, you'd make a beautiful bride :)

Good luck with resisting buying holiday clothes! I got a couple of bits from Tesco and am really pleased with them - £17 and I got a yellow sundress, some short black shorts, and a blue shirtdress that I can wear on school placement and on holiday. Yay! :D

Gah, been doing a long multi quote reply and writing lots, then pressed the backspace button and lost it all :(

    Suffice to say -

Lulu - glad it went well at work! :)

Lara - I don't think any of us mean 'lezzer' in a derogatory sense - I have a lot of lesbian friends and I don't think they'd be bothered by it...

My friend had those glow in the dark willies for her hen night too - brought along by the groom's mother!

Facebook: I thinkkk the onesss whooo writteee lykkkk this tend to be quite young don't they? OH's niece who is 15, my friend's 17 year old sister....

I love seeing the b itchy girls that have got fat too Birdie! Haha! It also makes me laugh seeing the girls who were chubby at school, who are still chubby but now have breasts as well, and hair extensions and fake tan and loads of make-up :D

I have one 'friend' in particular who's always banging on about her perfect life and how much she loves her husband *roll eyes* who cares!

but my real real worst bugbear are the ones who don't work and just keep having babies - all their status updates of 'ooh I've cleaned the kitchen this morning, time for a cuppa and a biscuit' whilst I'm up to my eyes in actualy work, with the kitchen to clean when I get in a 6pm!

Oh and Precious was really good last night! Bit disturbing but very good!

Thanks for all the good wishes everyone! Im working this weekend...trust the sun to have just come out! Lol but i've realised just how much i miss working :o probably sounds weird, but its so nice having something to do everyday! But never mind, got the kids next week until they go back to school :D

Just realised how judgemental facebook makes me! Yeah the ones with the extra letters are usually young. They need to learn! :rotfl:
The best ones have to be 'having a lovely meal out with my lovely bf/gf' or 'having a fab night out, this club is wicked' etc. If you're having such a great time, why are you on facebook!? I'll stop now :o

Hahahaha, EXACTLY! And, while we're at it, I think even worse than the lovey dovey ones are the ones that say things like "feel so betrayed by someone I thought was a friend YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE" and things like that - talk about airing your dirty laundry in public!

ETA - I've just looked back at my recent statuses to make sure I'm not guilty of any of the above, and they're all to do with eating, looking forward to eating, sewing and days off work! Simple pleasures eh?!

Yeah, like the ones that say 'I'm so drunk, having a great time in the pub', errrr, if you were that drunk you wouldn't be able to type that on your phone!

The friend whose wedding we're going to in May keeps banging on about her wedding in her updates, they range from 'Can't wait to marry my amazing fiance' (pass the bucket) to 'Which eyeliner/mascara/lipstick is best to wear for The Wedding?' and her friends all make recommendations trying to one-up each other with their designer favourites, most of which they spell incorrectly! Oh and notice how it's The Wedding, she's acting like it's wedding of the century or something, I'm sure it'll be lovely but it's hardly OK Magazine worthy!

The silly thing is, I kind of hate FB yet I can't cut myself off from it!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Oh God, yeah the worst ones have to be those! Especially when someone comments, asking who they're talking about and they say 'cant say on here' or something along those lines, why do it in the first place then?! Or people who are on at 4am and write, 'why cant i get to sleep?' errr because you're on facebook?!

Me too Birdie! It makes me a complete misery guts, as everyone is going off on holiday or if i see that some loser from school is doing better than me etc i get jealous :rotfl: But i still login everyday LOL.

I hate it when people say how skint they are, they can only afford to go out twice that week instead of 4 times. No really, thats not what being skint is!

Plus i have been known to brag about my holidays on there! :D So i am just as bad!

I know - I read about people and snarl on about how stupid/boring/full-of-themselves they are, but yet I'm still compelled to look at their holiday photos and things haha!
