My maid of honor has been told if there are any appendages, plastic straws, naughty toys or oiled up and dancing, there will be hell to pay! I can't imagine anything more uncomfortable than staring at some stranger taking his clothes off - if I want to see naked men I'll go home to the man I'm marrying. I know this probably puts me in the prude category!

Ewwww... I hate all novelty 'private part' things! I was innocently browsing around Athena last week and turned around to see a whole display of willies and whatnot, ick ick ick!

ETA: I won't mind being in the Prude category with you! I don't mind talking about such things but I get very uncomfortable with props!

My best friend is a lesbian, she came out last year.
Her girlfriend is a complete shocker and she has completely changed since she got with her. But then saying that my best bloke mate is with a misery guts gf and hes completely changed too. Why cant people keep their own personalities when they become a couple? :rotfl:

My training went brill at work. They actually left me in charge of reception and admin from 12-5 today as one was on a half day and the other lady went off sick. Working this weekend on my own, but think it will be ok.

Just watched Country House Rescue (yes, i know im sad!) and now i fancy going Posh Camping!

Whats with people who write but put extra letters in the words?! Like 'i wentt to the shoppp todayyyy'.... ARGH.

I don't get people who write on each other's walls that they love them and blah blah blah... you live in the same house, just tell each other!!!! !!!!!!! Why does the world have to know just how much you love your partner? I have friends who live together and every time they fall out it's all over FB, so pathetic! My word, I can't even bring myself to write personal wedding vows because it feels embarrassing, there's no way I can post lovey dovey stuff about OH for everyone to read! If I want to say 'I love you' I text him!

Work Girl has now updated her status with 'I love my beautiful girlfriend more than anything in the world', but do I say 'Ahhh, how nice' when I see her or not because she won't talk about it face to face! I'm so confused, I'm a country bumpkin of a girl and only met my first gay man last year! I haven't got issues with any of it, I'm just not used to it!

OH's best friend always turns into a right wierdo when he gets a new girlfriend, he morphs into what he thinks she'll like and pretends to be really posh, it'd be funny if it weren't so sad!

God, dont even start, i've seen ones that say 'i dont know why im writing this seeing as im with you now, but i love you so much blah blah blah' !!!!!!!? I would never write details if i'd had an arguement or if im head over heels in love...its personal, why do i want people i went to nursery with and havent seen since knowing about it?!

Or people who write messages to people as their status'!? Like 'you're so wonderful soandso and i love you so much'.

Maybe for some people they can write things they couldn't say? Still think Facebook is too personal though! If I have something personal to say I email it if I can't see them face to face.

I think facebook is a bit of a form of one up man ship, who hasn't looked through when someone adds you as a friend and thought 'wow, she got really successful/skinny/has a nice house/yikes is my age and has 2 kids and a divorce behind her' (that was my 'scariest' friend from school until one died ). Its human nature to see how our lives panned out especially when compared with people we were at school with, as at 16 we were by and large all at the exact same stage, a boyfriend or two behind us, 10 or 11 GCSEs under our belt, and the only variation was if you had an apptitude for music or sport or what have you. It really staggers me what some people ended up doing, one friend is a professional chelist (she was always very good though) while another who never exercised runs her own personal training company employing 3 other people! Of my 124 friends on facebook (didnt know I knew that many people!) 5 call themselves models though - have to admit I laugh at this sometimes!

I don't know... but they bother me too! I think the blogging world has made what should be kept private public and nobody seems to care anymore! If I'd just been dumped, for example, the last thing I'd want to do is post about my humilation and heartache for everyone to read and gossip about!

I meant to say before, which I just remembered as I was elbow deep in soapy water doing my last minute 'OH will be home in 15 minutes best make the flat presentable' cleaning flap... glad today went well Lulu! And good luck for the weekend!

ETA: Crossed posts Dinah! LOL @ the models! None on my 'friends' list but several on OHs, it's laughable! I have to admit loving seeing how fat some of the horrible girls from college who acted like they were better than me have got! That's mean of me but I feel that is is karma!
