Wow, lovely pans Tete, no wonder you're excited about them! Is it odd that I have pan envy? Has my life really come to this?! :o

Lulu, your OH sounds so sweet! I picked out my own card and got nothing else but OH did treat me to dinner last night... because he couldn't be bothered to cook!

Edinburgh sounds lovely, I wish I had a holiday or break to look forward to this year! Been looking at prices for our weddingmoon for us and our friends and I've managed to knock off £100 each by going through Thomas Cook rather than Thomson and I get extra discount through work from TC- 12% which is good! Think I'll nip to the travel agent after work and see what I can get sorted! TC is better for us too as they fly on Saturdays whereas Thomson only go on Tuesdays. :T
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

  • Haha, no don't worry Birdie everyone likes a bit of kitchenalia - currently looking at pancake day zesters and juicers with my (male) colleague!

Sounds like a good deal on the weddingmoon then esp with the extra 12% :)

My OH teased me about his valentines card because I'd made it using card I'd bought when I was with him. I say it's the thought that counts!

Lol i wont tell him you said that, he'll start expecting more from me! We have got a good balance i suppose, i looked after him when he was out of work and now he's doing the same for me, as much as he can.
I think he secretly enjoys me not working, he can ring me any time he gets bored and he seems to be getting used to a homecooked meal every lunch/dinner time :rotfl:

Got my voucher on Toluna! Now only got 120 points lol, only 79870 to go for the next one.
Just wrote a review on Dooyoo for a category that doesnt award points, urghh!! I wonder if its worth posting it up still, if i get points for people who rate me? Got to look into Ciao too, i signed up and that was about as far as i got!
  • It's annoying when that happens Lulu but you may as well post it anyway now that it's written as you'll still get the rates. I don't like Ciao much, I don't bother rating other people or comenting but going on last month if I can redeem a fiver a month just for copying what I already put on Dooyoo, I might as well!

Mmm, don't talk about homecooked meals, I saved some calories today for a glass of vino so am enjoying that now but am slightly peckish and surrounded by birthday chocs!

I posted it up a while ago and already have just under 30 rates on it, so it was worth it for that alone. Written another review as well and thats up there :A Feeling proud of myself!
Already back up to 1120 points on Toluna, which is pretty good seeing as i only redeemed for a voucher a few hours ago!
Finally posted off my Music Magpie parcel earlier, does anyone know how long the cheque takes to arrive?
  • I posted my parcel on the Monday and got the cheque the Friday after, so 10 working days :)
