Pretty severe SD today! Bought tickets to hard rock calling next summer! and some xmas presents (well this is one now coz can't afford anything else for hubs now!)! Was ridiculously expensive due to stupid charges they put on for 'service' and far too close to xmas for my liking! I think I can still cope with the budget this month (get paid xmas eve, how unhelpful) but it's now going to be tight! Fingers crossed!
here's hoping I have saved enough and indeed have learned to budget like I believe I have! Eek!

Today will be no. 5 for me also.
Would have been 6 if my ruddy sink hadn't been blocked over the weekend necessitating a purchase of drain un-blocker (had already tried soda crystals). However got a bottle of the stuff from Homebase for £3.49 and was able to use a voucher from Sainsburys to gain 300 Nectar points worth £2.50! Ding Dong.
Anyway Swimming tonight - car park free in evenings and month subscription is a Bill so it doesn't count! (According to my rules anyway)
Am finding it a little tough but am mainly assisted by not buying food very often (there is only me in the house during the week) and eating out of the freezer. Which is great although sometimes a little boring. When it's empty I guess I'll have to go back to actually buying food. Pah!0 -

By some fluke we managed to win a tenner on the lotto Saturday night, which is just as well as we needed householdy bits so that was used to buy washing up liquid, loo rolls and all super classy stuff like that
So I'm not counting that as a spend as it was free money
