Well I've had an SSD (serious spend day) today having been mega-good for the last couple of days, it couldn't last
.
Bought another couple of xmas pressies, wrapping paper and some ribbon, although, having seen BMF's inventive wrapping solution, I probably could have done with the brown paper I have in the house, some gold paint and string, hmmmmm ....
Oh well, 3 NSDs so far, definitely another tomorrow and hopefully Weds as well, so that's me half way to my 10, yipppppppeeeeeeee :j:j:j.
Well done to everyone who had an NSD today and oh dear to all those like me who had an SSD -there's always tomorrow! The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

I only ever buy brown paper. i've got some happy birthday and present stamps and some christmassy ones and i just use the relevent stamp on the brown paper, tie it with some pretty ribbon and it looks pretty good. people appreciate that i've made the extra effort to make the wrapping paper and i never run out of wrapping paper whatever the occassion. there's never a last minute dash to the shops for paper.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -

Going to try for a NSD today, unless there is some reduced stewing beef in Sainsburys when I check at lunchtime. If so, I will also get a top-up of fuel on the way home so it doesn't need doing later in the week.0

Like that Starnac, if you haven't taken out a copyright on the ideathen I shall be doing that in future. I shall add present stamps to my shopping list for the new year (on another spend day, of course!).
Thanks for the tip :j:jThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Having another NSD today, quite pleased with myself
Got HM sausage rolls & chips for tea tonight which is a change as we were getting fed up of the same type of meals. Also got a cheesecake half made (the base) so will do the rest when I get home and that will be a nice pudding.0 -
Sadly the last two days I have been so clloooseeee but just missing the mark!
