Just a quick dash in.....been working and had a meeting with a client this afternoon so not had chance to pop in.
Bob the builder has finally finished tweaking my kitchen and tiling it......just got to give it a bit of spit and polish and its sorted......
Bookie......I am not sure how to help with this one, except it just sounds like they are going through the motions. They have to follow procedure and it would be months down the line before they did anything drastic.

Substitute half the milk in the plain recipe with a can of coconut milk and heat as before (full fat is best but low fat can be used for those counting calories). Same quantity of rice and sugar. Omit honey/maple syrup and nutmeg/cinnamon and add zest of 2 limes. Strip bedding, wash sheets and remake the bed.. BEFORE BEDTIME!! Air the duvet!
Extras- Do a small job you have been putting off forever
- check all the smoke alarms are working as they should!

- update your christmas list.. and make sure you have done the email for the flylady list if you wish to participate!
DONE
Finalise and iron (:eek:) outfit for this evening
Wash dry and straighten (what more ironing!) hair
Apply super professional looking false nails (broken and split is sooooo not gonna look good)
