ok advice needed, who has tummy sucking pants or body smoothing suit? What make and are they any good? Have tried on dress, it does up but its rather unsightly and much sucking in and smoothing out needed. Is it worth spending the money on one then?

In a word Sal, yes! Marks and Spencers do Magic Pants...they are unsightly and unattractive but they go down the legs and pull up to just under your bust. I think they might be about £25. I have a pair of black ones in size 12 if you want to borrow mine for the do......

Elfen - I got mine in tkmaxx - cheap as chips and seriously warm for when I went to the Czech republic and it was -12

Sally - spanx are AMAZING - I had a dress like that a while back - got the boob to knee one was about £25 from figleaves I think, so worth it though (and helps keep you warm ;)

Evening all - went out for run, got back to find flat nearly on fire - oven was flaming, flatmate had turned it on and left foil in there with fat on which caught fire while he was on phone  Cue smoked filled house and me wondering what to do for dinner - since I dont really want to ruin my diet but I dont really want to cook in there either hmmmmm

I think you buy the same size - they look tiny though - but do stretch well!

Cant believe it really - I cleaned out the oven a month back and they made it a mess again so I refused to do it and they kept saying they would and look what ruddy happens - typical! Anyway, the upshot is I discovered that despite thinking there were fire alarms in the building (not the flat as its tiny) there clearly arent so am going to book the fire brigade to come round and have a look and hopefully install one :D
