Bank has phoned back - it was the lady I sobbed on this morning.
i will get a letter from the legal bods in a couple of weeks asking me to phone. They can negotiate, look at my soa etc and try to come up with a short term solution.
She says it will take them approx a year to get to the repossession stage and that would be the last thing they want. I could stop it at any time if circumstances change.
Basically she said not to worry too much - something can still be sorted.0 -

So there is light Bookie. A whole year to get to that stage! I am sure that you could get a job in that time and then you can negotiate payment for the debt
