Bank has phoned back - it was the lady I sobbed on this morning. :o
i will get a letter from the legal bods in a couple of weeks asking me to phone. They can negotiate, look at my soa etc and try to come up with a short term solution.
She says it will take them approx a year to get to the repossession stage and that would be the last thing they want. I could stop it at any time if circumstances change.
Basically she said not to worry too much - something can still be sorted.

  • It is at least a breathing space.
Bit of a wake up call really. I need to start selling stuff and kicking myself up the backside. The house is a mess and I am way behind with paperwork. I think I have been letting worry get to me.
Friend across the road phoned DD1 for help so I had someone to hug me.
AND I have finished the ironing.

Now I need to get into formal uniform, pin on the smiley face and go to this presentation evening. I have done my expenses form so I will get £40 tonight.

Got a raging headache and a longing for wine but free buffet later.

Bookie :D I'm so pleased they called back and were so supportive......it's one thing you can put of worrying about for now and put all your efforts into doing what's urgent. Hope the presentation goes well :T

Sally - Enjoy your drinky, are you feeling better?

Luc - Hope all goes well for you tonight.

DD2's gone to her friends for tea, DD1 went into town straight from school to the new "in place" to be so she's only been home 10 mins.

A gorgeous smelling chilli with chorizo and sweetcorn in (as I didn't have any kidney beans defrosted or any peppers to pad it out) is wallowing away to itself and there's potato wedges in the oven...think I may have overdone the garlic though :D

    Have a good evening!

Bookie, that's a good thing, and you know the process now.

Went in Primarni, got Pint a pair of jeans as he eats them I think, and a big thick fleecy hoody thing to keep me warm as jackets ain't cutting it. Anyone know where I can get a cheap ski jacket from?
