Thanks for the info. I always thought Parc Tawe was council owned - but I'm glad it's not!

I have just recived a fine for over staying in Parc Tawe for £60.
I have read to just igonre them and they will stop.
How long will it go on for and how many letters will you get.

It's not a fine, just an unenforceable invoice. It may go on for a few months and with a handful of letters, but there is nothing to worry about.

Ignore them

The threats made in there letters are never carried out and it's no way a legal fine, it just simply isn't a 'Fine' either.

They have no law on there side, no courts would entertain it

Do not pay, throw the letter a way or use it to make a paper air plane and forget all about them, there nothing to worry about OP

Just ignore the ticket, parc tawe is free parking they have lost nothing by you parking there .

Also, you will often get around 3 letters from the company themselves and around 2-3 letters from people claiming to be from all sorts, Solicitors, Debt Enforcement companies and so on, ignore thema ll and they will go away and get bored in the end.

Your credit rating will NOT be affected either whatever they claim in there fake letters, as no credit agreement was signed or agreed.
