It is possible to trade after you've dissolved a company. Why not state what he actually did?0 -
Nikki London of London Roofing Angelica Close, Yiewsley, West Drayton UB7 8RD. Nikki was paid to erect scaffolding and fit a new flat roof for me. When the roof started to leak again, Nikki failed to return my calls, so decided to get a another roofer out and check Nikki’s work. It turned out no roofing work was ever done by Nikki of London Roofing. I had to pay another roofer to fit a new flat roof costing me over £7,000. Avoid Nikki London of London roofing, he is a prolific liar and a cheat.0

We have just had a conservatory roof completed by Thermaroof. It was a man called Mark, he failed to give us his surname, who negotiated the deal with us. He promised us a new window pane in the conservatory, to fix the door panel and also to issue us with a building regulations compliance certificate. He also promised a professional painter and decorator to complete the job. We paid him £1400 as a deposit and a builder duly appeared to carry out the work. The builder in question and Mark keep telling us we do not need to have the building regs cert (this costs more money) however the building inspector disagrees. There are issues with the electrical work also as the builders have run a 5 amp spur from the 32 mains sockets without a fuse and have cut the earth wire (confirmed by a relative who is an electrician) Luckily we have kept back £500 from the remaining money so can get the remaining works done, but having read your post should we contacting police? Building inspector already informed.

Hi all , I hope someone can help Mei brough my property 2 years ago and it had a rear exstention that was built 25 years ago up to boundary line. ( I live in a semi detached) the wall is right in the boundary and it has a flat rubber roof. As you can imaging the Side of the roof hangs over about 2 inches on there side, absolutely nothing I can do it’s how it was built years ago. Anyway. The neighbours have had a rear exstention built right up th the boundary too and there is about 1 inch gap between the 2 walls. They have had a pitch roof fitted. Here’s the problem the tiles of there roof over hangs my roof by about 4 inches at the top and 2 at the bottom and actually is currently sitting and touching the corner of my roof. I have had a few builders come out to inspect it and they tell me it should be overhanging and touching at all. this will stop me from maintain my roof and stop myself from adding a pitch roof in the future as I would need to as my neighbour first as I would need to amend there roof. I have spoken to my neighbours and builder and I get the impression I am in the wrong..... I would like to add some pictures but the site will not let me as I’m new on here. Any ideas ?0

Sorry this is my first post it may be the wrong page to post can anyone help, plus i am recovering from a stroke which has left me with slight brain problem so i hope you can understand my problem..
Hi, back in November last year i had complete new heating system installed. Very pleased with the instalation. A few days later i noticed i could not not close a bedroom door because of radiator being in the way and also when i went out side i noticed there was cement spots all over my block paved drive. I rang the company straight away, An engineer came out few days later moved the radiator took a few pictures of the damage out side and explained it could be a while before the cement could be cleaned as its a very busy time of the year but he had seeked advice and he would have to use acid and he promised he would get back to me. I waited till decided to call jet cleaning company's to have it done. Everyone told me there is nothing they can do the blocks need replacing and under no circumstance must brick acid be used on block pagers. I rang emailed the company asking why i had not heard from him he told me he had forgot. But he has a friend who will come out and jet wash the drive first then use acid. I told him and gave him the quotes explaining why acid should not be used. He thanked me but he trusted his company. To cut a long story short. The company came and used acid straight away it went from 20 blocis being damaged to over 100 ruined by acid the colour has gone you can see the grit inside them. Can any help.0
