    Can the banks not delay things further and the big question do they have to pay out pretty much straight away

    Lets hope so, before the OFT decided to help me, I was within 2 weeks of getting a payout :mad:

  • As has been said many many many times by various individuals on this site, the outcome of today does not mean an instant payout, if the decision goes against the banks then it is foreseen to be only half way through the process!

    i can't tell you how i know but coop are primed and ready to refund based on todays result so i'm hoping other banks might have similar contingency plans!!
