The potato might be slightly sloppier after having been frozen Claire, but it will still be fine. I've frozen shepherds pie plenty of times.

hi wannabe - you can freeze it after you've cooked the mince the first time - ie when you assemble it , cool half and put the other half in the freezer. Then defrost and re-heat. Don't cook the whole lot in the oven and then freeze some and then defrost and heat again - you should only cook and re-heat meat once.
Saying that, I've cooked mince made a cottage pie/lasagne many times, cooked in oven and then re-heated leftovers and never been unwell, but they do say it shouldn't be done that many times.

I'm trying to stop myself buying a handbag. I'm not a bag girl (I'm a shoe girl  ) but I love the one on the John Lewis advert where the little girl walks in the snow with the purple suede satchel style bag. It's £40 though  double what I've ever paid for a bag (and that was only the once :rotfl:) anything over £10-£15 is a bit _pale_ for me for bag shopping. I thought about getting it for work, I take a black very cheap bag in but it's looking a bit tatty and tired now but to be honest other than my phone and purse, I never know why I take it in

Do not need bag, do not need bag, do not need bag.............
