Gem - I looked at the list, I'm gobsmacked! Kinda know the company I want to use, as it had all the quotes on it.

her appointment was with HR and a dept manager. She has worked out proposal to justify her part time hours etc. They will then have to give that consideration. They were late replying to her original request.

She has a 'letter' prepared if they still don't play ball but wants to try the reasonable approach first to make a better working envirionment for the future. If not I think she will go for their guts.

    Sounds reasonable:T

Have you typed up that letter yet?

I think they use specialist companies, mine is from Microlink but not sure if they are nationwide.
Only downside to the DSA equipment is the filtered internet. Bit of a pain if you're on a course that requires you to search for things it deems obscene!

Chloe is asleep too! Cos she has been poorly she hasn't been sleeping but then she falls asleep at T time and then won't go to bed till late...it was 11pm last night. So I put her to bed at when she fell asleep - I am hoping she stays asleep and gets a good 12 hours tonight!

    Evening all!

I have only bought a few xmas pressies - still have to buy for sis and BIL and Mum and step dad - so thats all the big stuff but I wont spend more than £20 per couple or £10 each as I dont really believe xmas is about pressies tbh...

Been for a great run and rewarded myself with a choccie - have been sooo good and ate only 3 from the box yesterday (normally I would eat the whole lot in one go ;)) - off to heat leftover dinners now :D

Oh and red I havent forgotten your wool but I havent had time nor cash for postofficeing (I get small stuff back from work but have to outlay it!)...will do on Thursday as I am free lunching tomorrow :D

Gem - filtered internet? How the smeg can they filter it? Think it's microlink I'll be using - they're nearest and guarantee delivery in six days :D If they want to filter my net with their cacky anti-virus I'll uninstall it and download my own!

BB, Gorgeous bag, but I couldn't bring myself to pay that much for one either!

I've finished my xmas shopping, even down to the boxes of chocs for neighbours and postie. I need to get chocs for mum's bf, but knowing her there's every chance they'll split up (she seems to have got the house redecorated now so he's outstayed his usefulness) so I'm not doing that till the very last minute.

Dad's just phoned me about the HD offer, he still doesn't believe it, he thinks they're going to be chasing him for money after delivery... It seems the email asking for £25 was just the order confirmation one. Think in future I'll keep him out of any deals. Thank god I didn't tell him about the quidco cashback, I'd probably still be explaining it this time next year!
