Also, can i please point out, that to get the 50% friends and relations discount, you need to work or have a friend or member of the family who work for t-mobile. It is simply not available any other way.
A condition of this discount is that you pay by direct debit, if you havent set that up the discount will not be applied and the original person who offered you the discount would need to resubmit your details to reapply.
If the system was down when you called to set it up, there would be no way of that poor person booking in a call with you, if you wanted the discout that badly, surely a free call to 150 again would be no bog deal?
With regards to the mast and migraine issue, if your phone was giving you migrains, why would you be fighting so hard to have a mast put up nearer you? as surely this would aggrivate your condition? And why would you continue using a mobile phone for years if you believe it to be the cause? If a t-mobile phone is causing migraines then ANY mobile phone would do the same wouldnt it?

Just a few points hope you get the issue resolved soon!

So why did you go with a company that everyone else in your family were havign problems with?

data charges maybe? then of course this amount would be the same every single month!!

As you can see I am just going to be patient and await my replies, this company is seriously a fraud, even from 2 years ago with my ex girlfriend she was complaining about the same thing, all my friends were complaining and all of my family.
Again why stay with a company that cause you stress??
