I think the OP has some valid points.

I threw my T-Mobile phone at my cat and it made him angry. Nowhere in my T-Mobile contract did it say anything about making cats mad if you throw your handset at it. Not even in the small print.
AND I didn't get a mask with my phone. Just a useless charger and some headphones. WHAT USE ARE THEY FOR STOPPING GERMS??? NONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111

Oh god you brightened up my morning!

One thing to bair in mind - if you're nice to people, they're more likely to help you. Missing payments when due (even if later repaid), and threatening to stop paying isn't going to make them bend over backwards for you.

On another note - Telephone preference service :) Everytime 3 call me, I get to make a formal complaint, and its a number issued to me well after the leaked period of data XD

    Your name says it all.

Wow your all just blood sucking energy hungry negative people, Once I have been successful I will let you know. "The Kingdom of God is within you", you lot need to believe in yourself and the power of the mind, clearly you have given up, yeah t-mobile will win, you will loose, you are !!!!, you have no power, how many times have you succesfully excercised any of your rights, I am just curious or do you just allow yourself to be a pushover.

I got the allseeing, you just another venomous snake ready to inject good people with your posionous negative thoughts. I am immune to your ignorant venom.

You really have no clue what is going on in this world do you, I am assuming that you just another silver spoon fed person, with nothing better to do than listen to your folk music on your inherited boat, you clearly have too much time on your hands. Your remarks that I am just moaning indicate that this is all you do, why would you even feel for a second that you could contribute to this thread, what makes you qualified, you still have not answered any of my comments on the migraines, or the extra random charges, maybe you should re-read the post in regards to the charges and the odds of this occuring, re-read go to sleep and find someone to help in your mean time rather than trying to bring people down, your just irrelevant mate.
here's how i see it you got yourself in a pickle over bills couldn't pay them and thought you'd get out off it you spout all this rubbish and notice t mobile allegedly sold on customers details and thought you'd jump on th band wagon i don't use a mobile and neither does my mother and we both get migraines
as regards to the charges they will be and explication for this and you need to find out what it is politley from t mobile

you need to drop the attitude
go and visit the citizen advice bureau and get some help and perhaps think about going to the doctors as well cause you come across as very troubled and i feel you might benefit from some professional help

I needed a laugh before bed, thanks OP.

Can't help but think you have shot yourself in the foot posting it in public with information which T-Mobile will be able to identify you with. I guarantee you they monitor these forums, company rep or not.

£10 says your solicitor and accountant are not involved, and that you are not an IT consultant. Unless by 'IT Consultant' you fix your friends computers.

  • 1st of all thanks to all for cheering up my day after reading this story :)
2nd of all where is the "SCAM" here? Sounds like a disgrutled person with a lot to say about nothing that could be resolved by making one simple phonecall to 150, speaking to whoever in a calm tone briefly with the issues that he has with his ACCOUNT and waiting a few days or hours for feedback.
3rd "For the past year, on January 2009, February 2009, March 2009, May 2009, June 2009, July 2009, and a few other months, which he has not passed on the information to me, he has noticed that all of these months carry the same charge for outside calls which is £14.89, this charge to occur so frequently is highly unlikely. The probablity that for these months I would have made the exact same calls, sent the exact messages, and to the exact same telephone providers is very minute. He finds these charges very odd, as this would literally mean that for each of these months the calls to the second would need to be the exact same. There must be something on your bill stating a breakdown of these charges - so what does the bill say? "Data charges" " 3rd party services" "Premium rate services (well - you could have been bored from time to time moaning )
4th with the conslusion the you solicitor/accountant came to that you phone is giving you migrains should you not give him his well earned title! Solicitor/Accountant/DOCTER
5th - why not call t-mobile up from your landline if need be and speak to an agent amicably to try and get the matter resolved more efficently. Any bill discrepancies will be delt with within 24 hours usually, and any unjustified charges will ber credited back to you. However if you do call up with the tones and bull accusations that your spouting on here then you will only prolong the agony and stress for you poor self. Any agent you speak most to this noncense to will probablly just let it go over there head and focus on what they can help with.
6th it seems whoever tries to help you, you bite their head off. I like my head......... but i can give you a hug x:confused: << that is suppose to be a hug by the way

    Two things strike me from the OP. First, the quote below;
I will stand up for my right, I will make my rights your rights, I am on a mission to expose t-mobile, and I will with the help of others hopefully purchase a domain, something like deciet-mobile.com, so that it still has the keyword in it ;)

Cheeky, humble, and pure genius, thank you thank you!

I'm darn sure if I was going to purchase a domain, I'd at least get one that spells the word deceit correctly. (I before E etc.)

Secondly, don't you think an 'allseeingeye' should have seen these problems coming?
