I think the OP has some valid points.
I threw my T-Mobile phone at my cat and it made him angry. Nowhere in my T-Mobile contract did it say anything about making cats mad if you throw your handset at it. Not even in the small print.
AND I didn't get a mask with my phone. Just a useless charger and some headphones. WHAT USE ARE THEY FOR STOPPING GERMS??? NONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most amazing thing happened when I was reading this rather comical thread that has cheered me up, is that I had a telephone call from "3" the phone network, that, because i'm in my last 3 months (he didn't know I was, he actually asked me!) I might be able to get a better deal...
Obviously, because I've had a phone call today, and one a few months ago, then my mobile operator has been selling my details, so, I'm going to write a book (at least 100 a4 pages) to tell them where to stick their contract...
oh hang on.. i've only got 20 days til I can actually cancel.... meh!

the T-Mobile masks will find you in the end.0 -
This is nonsense! You have no evidence that your details have been sold on and you are threatening allsorts of action before you have proof.
Furthermore, how can you expect a company to give you information through email without your password? That's the reason it is set up; so that only you know it. They would be in breach of the DPA if they did and then you'd be complaining again.0
