I've had another idea in my head these past couple of days that I think I will share now- I am seriously considering putting my current property up for rent and moving out. Another accidental landlord perhaps. Whilst this will hopefully mean extra income from rent coming in it will also mean another full mortgage for 2nd property.
I have no idea what to do!Mortgage free I: 8th December 2009!
Mortgage free II: New Year's Eve 2013!

Pawlala, if you can afford another property then give it serious thought, when there's a downturn like this if you can afford to invest in property l say do it. If we can get our mortgage paid off come the next 'cycle' that's what we'll do, if you buy a good sound property for the right money it's always a good investment. It's a buyers market at the moment

A few updates since last post:
- Moved to a different central heating insurance cover provider, which will save £120 a year;
- Just secured another £630 international sponsorship deal to advertise links online for the next 12 months.
- Three new vantage accounts created with Lloyds for any savings over the next 12 months.
That should do for now!Mortgage free I: 8th December 2009!
