still waiting for that bleeding letter to say I'm almost mortgage free. Probably stuck in the Xmas post. I got a card from the US yesterday without its contents. Was damaged somewhere along the line.
Still, nice of the US Postal Service to ship an empty envelope inside another envelope across the atlantic :rolleyes:Mortgage free I: 8th December 2009!

I went out and came back and it was on the doorstep!
I have just over £80 remaining on a 18 year mortgage which means monthly payments of 20p
Only problem is that it appears that the admin fee of £10 charged every time and OP is made has been paid twice - once via the DD I made and then the letter this morning says it has been added to the mortgage
Rang the bank and they will get someone to query that. Never had a problem with that one before!Mortgage free I: 8th December 2009!
