I received my cheques from WF last week :T
However, there was no breakdown of how they arrived at that figure and what they took off or added? I was a little disappointed as my account manager said this would be broken down. So I have written to them complaining that it took them 5 months to actually pay it back and still no breakdown and can they do this now!:mad:

Nothing from FP so not holding my breath lol:rotfl:

Hi there

With no dealings myself with Welcome, I am not sure, but my hubby is still waiting for a payment as from end of 2009 from LLoyds, but then this was dealt with by the FOS.

Hopefully someone will post up soon who have had dealings with Welcome, good luck.

From sending back the acceptance form we have waited no longer than 10 days for our cheques to arrive......We did keep on at them though.

That's great, I've annoyed them enough today by making 2 phonecalls! I also sent letter 1 by recorded post as well, roll on 8 weeks or sooner!

Wish LLoyds were more like this for my hubby, we have kept on almost everyday......:eek:, but they are well known to use stalling tactics.
