    Evening all,

I can't cross anything off my list but i have had an eventful day.

We woke up at 7.50 this morning:eek: not good when we're supposed to leave at 8.10:rolleyes:. I took the boys to school then came home to wait for Neveah. Nev and i took Ds2 to nursery then went to our other Sisters house. That was nice we usually have to fit all our gossiping into an hour a week.;)

We all went to pick Ds2 up from nursery and decided to go into town to get some lunch. On the way back to the car the heavens opened :eek: we all got drenched ( even more so when we got back to the car and i couldn't open it:rolleyes: ). We went back to my Sisters house and she put out wet clothes in the Td so we were all walking around in our underwear:cool: , can you imagine if my BIL had come home early:o.

I got home and had 10 minutes to spare before the school run and the rabbits had got out again:eek:. I managed to trap one in the bathroom whilst i dealt with the other one. She was running behind the Tv and sofa with me following her. In the end i blocked one exit from behind the Tv and put the cage at the other end so that was the only place she could go. The other one didn't take too much effort to catch as there was nowhere to hide. The mess they made though was shocking  it took me 40 minutes to clean it up, sawdust and poo everywhere:o.

So after that i sat down with a coffee and only got up to make tea.

I'll have to play catch up tomorrow.

Colleague said that this was the toughest term she's ever had there and actually witnessed head's rudeness to me today and asked me if she speaks to me like that all the time!
I hope you said: No no, she's normally much more rude than that

Give me strength!!!! DH just decided tonight to FINALLY get round to putting another shelf in his wardrobe (piece of wood has been ready for ages) but the shelf needed cutting. So he used a drawer on the filing cabinet to balance on and yes, you've guessed it, he also sawed through part of the drawer!! Will this get me out of filing tasks for a while???:rotfl:Yes, this is the same DH who took the Xmas tree to the tip - with all its decorations and lights on. What have I done to deserve this ?

I didn't get far with the kitchen today but I have managed to clear the dining room and have even polished the table. Also managed to sort the washing - OH now has a huge ironing pile - I have asked him if he wants to join the new years eve challlenge but he's not impressed:D

I did intend to get back into the kitchen after tea but DD2 rang feeling really down as she had have a rough day at work ,so like a good Mum I jumped in the car and took her to Tesco to get her shopping done (any excuse to avoid the kitchen:eek:)

By the way just so you know, Ashia's place looked really good yesterday, nice and tidy and a shiny bathroom, so Toots, she's not doing bably at keeping the new house nice (She probably wouldn't give you such a good report if she had seen mine:rotfl:)

Must go and hang up the wahing on the airer bofore bed, so I'll leave you all with soothng good night sleep thoughts.

poohbear I know it's such an awful place, made worse by the fact my car doesn't fit in multistorey car parks. With the mould stuff it's usually strong bleach, loads of ventilation needed!
hollyh have you tried the woodchip/sawdust compress they use for 'green cat litter', much tidier than sawdust. Poo of course is much easier if they will use a litter tray (I've trained young to elderly bunnies & they all took to it)
toots, no assignments until I restart in Jan if I do more courses then, haven't even had time to look. Tobe fair I am a little annoyed with the whole process as one of my exam pieces has gone missing in post/centre. I have to write to exam board this week but trying not to dwell on it. DS2s always been the tidiest in his room, just the rest of the house he leaves a tip :rotfl: Sounds like your home is a very busy one at the mo!
kaz that is a good innings for boots!
macpep how could you, coffee Sugar Tea!! It's alphabetical.... hehe ...wanders off to mix up the pegs
hex I've never had a problem yet with topcashback, just Quidco even if I clear cookies...odd isn't it
Sunnygirl sounds like a fun evening, hope your parents safely arrive soon

Picked up the 4 base units to start building the new vivariums/storage. DPs phone off for fixing & he has a loan phone. We called into ToyRus to see if the boys wanted to make some more choices before we pass on their list, no suprises loads of lego requests, few Transformers & Star wars so nothing unexpected. They do have a police truck in, tempted to go pick one up tomorrrow so it's got ready for DS2 (I only have presents for DS1 so far)

Swimming kit ready for tomorrow, 6 boxes sorted, more stuff in garage, more of DS2s room done so quite a productive day. Off now for some Daim bar cake, well I had to visiting I**a again.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
