    Good morning everyone.

JillD big hugs, i've an uncle who used to come to our house when he'd had a good few too many and write us out big cheques, then the next morning he'd be round looking it back. He's a big horsey man so is pretty well off. My mum used to laugh at him coming round the next morning and having to say he needed it back. She always had it sitting waiting for him.

    Natty (((big hugs)))

Right better go and sort these kids out for school before they kill eachother. Oh flip need to make a packed lunch yet.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Morning lovelies!

It's raining and I have to sort out all the recycling and put the bin out as it's binday, best get my shoes and coat on then  got to email my local councillor about the works this morning as no joy from the council office, got work 10 - 2.45 *yawn* think I'm coming down with something as I feel awful and just want to go back to bed.

Didn't get round to doing the list yesterday as I went into town after work and got the Thorntons santas iced they did it no problem :T was out 2 hrs though, then did tea, packed lunches, etc and then it was bedtime

Littley came in from school very upset because she slapped someone and got wrong, bearing in mind this girl has done things to her on the sly since they started Nursery and never got pulled up about it I can't blame her, although she did get wrong off me about it, but I'm fuming on her behalf the girl stood on her hand then pushed her, and when she slapped her back that's what the teacher saw and this other girl went crying and whinging saying she's done this that and the other, teacher believed her, think I'm gonna have to ask her to move littley to another class as she's very unhappy in the current one.

Anyone ever feel that things just get TOO much to deal with, I'm verging on imploding what with everything going on and I'm so tired of it all. Can't wait to have 2 weeks off over Christmas.

  • morning all! After an ovenless week - IT WORKS!!!!!! It needed a new motor and still needs new fan blades - but the old ones have been secured in place PROPERLY (they had completely rattled off, apparently!!!!!)...but it is useable!

Went out for 3 mates birthdays last night - went to a Tapas place in York - it was yummy! We had a 50%off voucher..so my food cost £3.50 and my fizzy water was £1.80! Great fun...and old style too!

Have my book group this afternoon - have to go cos it's my book choice! This morning will see plenty of washing and a couple of binbag flings! OH decided to clrar the surfaces in our room - by filing it on the floor! So I will go and sort it - woe betide him if he moans that he can't find 'owt!

Hugs to all - esp those with kids with social problems in school - some kids are just plain horrid!

Try and enlist your child's teacher to keep an eye on mean behaviour - and ask that all staff who do playground duty get asked to keep an eye on things too! As a dinnerlady we do get asked to keep an eye on things - and we're really glad to help!
