Very nice nurse did say I had done the right thing though,he now has a Ventolin inhaler and Prednisolone tablets and has to see the doctor this week...maybe now they will believe he has Asthma and treat him accordingly

See that thick white band crossing the south coast from France? That's heavy wet stuff that is.
And see that?

mummyyof5 of course you did the right thing, good luck with the GP it needs looking into
kazm, I think you are being sensible
pigpen, poor kitty cat, hope he's chipped & you can find who is missing him
greenbee they are so cute! Have you thought of a brace if it's hypermobility? DP has Aircast works great to stop the overflexing (not cheap, you can get them on ebay etc)
Mudbath if I'm out lego hunting & you still would like one let me know & I will keep my eyes open, :rotfl: my DS1 could probably tell me which have him in. I've seen seperate chewwys on amazon. Oh which shop has the £25 offer on? Both my boys Jan birthdays too. With Lego we're learning if there is something they definately want, get it by mid November at the latest! We have got the enormous millenium falcom (not lego)
Froddy my DSs know Mammy just likes Ewoks! I get lost off with Star Wars stuff, we buy vintage stuff & let Dss play with it
Managed to get 4 more boxes sorted through tonight, bin & recycling box doing well out of it. DS2 helped, DS1 moaned & went to bed then sat awake, excuses me thinks! I've not done the kitchen as DS2 and I only finished at 10.25pm as I lost track of time. Arm going bonkers so enough is enough, it's still clean & tidy apart from in that one cupboard.
Sat decluttering some red berries & raspberries from the freezer....only thing I could find to go with it was Ben & Jerrys nomnom shame huh!One day I might be more organised...........

Having a real 'issue' with my net book....on big laptop at mo. Basically I did something this morning to my netbook and it will not type, it jumps to shortcut keys and opens loads of windows....really frustrating and I can't suss it out. I've took the shortcut keys off from the accessibility bit on control panel...I've tried holding down both shift keys nothing has worked. So I'm stuck.
Mummyof5, glad your son is ok, what a scary time for you hun.x
Soappie, well hopalong, wanna borrow one of my walking sticks, seriously, glad they've worked out what it is and hope it heals quickly and completely.;)

Morning ladies!
cycling yorkie -Hope you can get some sleep somehow hon
Jinky - Missed you too, especially over on the SCD thread!
LadyL - Missed talking to you today, hope you are having a FAB weekend in Brighton.. maybe next time you go away you should go see the NY Yankees play??
lala - your husband and GP are right, you mustn't go back until you are well and you can survive on less money for a while, I know.
Valli - I have had 7 for a while cos I love my tabs at the top but I always ignore 'One note' as I am too scared to open and read the instructions..Let me know if you work it out and I will use and abuse your knowledge..
Toots - I am not in a wheelchair and I am not in the least offended. It's about finding something that is suitable for both me and my OH.
AnWs - Hope Miss A feels better soon and that you don't catch it too.
lil-me - I am getting a grant hon, but thank you very much for the suggestion. It was a lot more before I got the grant! Had to sit and look at loan application forms today for the £3665 we have to find and it just makes me want to weep. However.. I will trust that something happens before I fill them in as I cannot believe the Universe wants us to go into more debt after all our hard work to bring down my OHs debts for the last 5 yrs.
Sorry that was a little self-indulgent, I know people have far worse problems on here and it's only money.
sexymouse - Glad you are feeling better hon
Mof5 - That must have been so scary - hope all is well now
Froddington and toots - I love StarWars too but the thing that I might have collected a few *ahem* figures and bits and bobs from is Wallace and Gromit. There is no truth in the rumour that years ago I used to have a bit of an addiction.
I hope you all have a lovely Sunday! With love, light andto all

Massive hugs mummyof5 -that's the thing with asthma, if you get the right drugs you can get better so quickly and then we feel frauds taking them. You definitely did the right thing. Hope he has a good day today and you look after yourself too. It's just horrid when your children are ill xxxxxx
Lil_me - I'm going to stick with the lego set I got but thanks for the offer. I'm going to get the magnetic chewwie (only us friends can call him chewwie) figure set for a stocking filler and then I'm going to get my daughter the magnetic father christmas figure set because I really like that one:rotfl:.
The lego offer is at toys r us - it's a £20 gift card to spend between the 27th Dec and sometime in January, I think. You get one if you spend over £75 on lego. Not bad eh!
Right, dogs to walk, people to see.
Piggers - i'm very jealous of you getting another puddy cat.
Frodders - I'm wondering if we should rename you Ewok! I went to get something out of my fridge this morning and started giggling at the thought of your little magnetic starwars men. Just as well I'm home alone! xx
LL - hope you've had a really lovely time - hugs to you xxxx0
