    I don't know. For me it was only just over a quid anyway; I can imagine if they are looking at a large sum, it's rather more difficult for them to give it back; and I could refer to wrong info in previous calls. Is yours a lot?

    Welcome to the site. It's a pity you didn't join earlier as this Vodafone charging has been known about for some time. Some, but not all, people have been able to get a refund.

    Doubt if you'l gert refund for £700 !!

    Goodness thats about 2000 minutes or well over 33 hours! [@35p p/min.]

    I received credits but they ranged from £5.00 - max £28.......

    If u use that much u should change yr contract to o2 or t-mobile [which accept these 07744] & get a rally big free minute package

    Anyone know if BTMobile charge for this?
    up to my last bt bill, calls to 07944-- were free. my next bill is due next week. will see what happens.

    i have just received my orange bill and been charged for 07744 number they at least owe me 48 quid, spoke to customer advisor not much help from thrm,i'm well annoyed been ripped off, they wont even credit me any money back orange just wont do anything to help, once my contact finishes i aint gona renew with them;
    i made a call on 6/4/05 at 8am for 22 mins orange didnt charge then on the same day made a call at 4.20pm they charged me 18 quid for a 43 min call.

    can anyone help me to complain to orange

    far more honest!!

    i really think orange have shot themselves inbthe foot over this s-f 0774 business.

    lots of my [heavy-using] Asian frioends are [have] moved over to o2 already...

    serves Orange d**n right!!
