    Are you absolutely sure?

how can u be sure about ANYTHING when u discuss mobile providers' billing & C.Services, but pretty certain - at present.....

problem is........ cant really call t-mobile to find out exactly because
    1. the CS certainly dont know themselves &
    2. always better NOT to bring attention to this 07744 sevice

all i know is that i'nm not on a U-Fix plan & i'm geting free calls with minutes..

    good luck

    hi benji,

do u mean that after you have made a call to the 07744 number, you check your free minutes and it has reduced?

    thanks
  • yea. & my invoice itemises the calls as 0p.(no charge)

Could it be that t-mobile are only charging for their clients on the U-FIX plan?

    i'm using 07744 97 4404 & it appears ok & not charging! BUT my g/friend on U-Fix has been charged ( although i'm using 07744974404 & hes using old no: 0744973333)

could anybody else confirm either way whether this is coming out of the free minutes on U-Fix and other types of T-Mobile contracts.
  • 07744---- is blocked from all networks. also orange no is blocked from all networks. is that true? please tell me if i am wrong.

You can still use 07744 access out of your inclusive minutes on some 02 contracts.
It has also been suggested that you can use the new SF number to call T_Mobile (UNLESS YOU ARE ON U_FIX).No one has yet confirmed this is abosulutely definite yet, read postings above.
All other networks will charge you.
As for the referral to to a 095 number this is probaly because the provider doesnt do calls to that destination at the 07744 rate.

My online O2 bill is showing 115 quid ouch of unbilled calls to the simply-fone number even though it is also showing I have 400 minutes of unused xnet anytime inclusive minutes - the charging started on 19th August. Spoke to O2 cs said probably an issue with the online billing, wait till after bill date (9 Sept) and should be sorted but am started to get a little concerned...
    I think....
