Did the potato bake thingy in the end -was lovely! Plenty left for me to take to work for lunch tomorrow. Thanks again for all the recipe suggestions. I'll definitely try the rest another time.

Ok then, I've got a tin of lychees in light syrup, BBE May '08. I think they were given to me - I'm not sure I've ever eaten a lychee before, so have absolutely no idea what to do with them.
I do know I'm sick of looking at them though.....what can I make?
