Thats what i'm afraid of!!!! Said I should have me card in 7-10 days but as I usually get a straight no I am suspicious lol.

Anyone else experienced a Cap 1 decline after signing the agreement and getting told the card should be with them in 7-10 days?

Well am not sure what way to go about it tho as there not replying to any of my letters now

Damn,

Am concerned now that I wont get the card!!! After being built up once again my dreams of a credit card are about to be crushed!!!

Once I apply my electronic signature and it says card should be with me in 7 - 10 days do they then send a paper agreement for me to sign if they have decided to accept me, or a go away silly boy letter if they change their mind?

Cant work out that once they say the card will be with me in 7 - 10 days means I have been accepted or I have been accepted subject to further checks...

you are always excepted further to extra checks as they can carry out extra checks at any given time during your time as a card holder and they can withdraw the credit facility at any time also, even having the card in your hand dosnt mean they cant take it off you.

Cool, cheers fella!! Maybe those that got declined got declined after the initial application stage. That is where I get declined on previous applications. Was a right buzz when it went beyond tghe credit check and asked me for more info lol, I gave that info with pride!!!!

Matt I applied in January got and i signed on-line too. I received my card about 6 days later.
