Due to the status of your account, access to your online services have been removed.

I guess this means that capital one are not letting me keep my account. (How stupid I wanted to close my account as I have had the same small £200 limit for 8 years they refused to increase it, so I went ahead with closing the account. Whilst waiting for the account to close they then reviewed it and increased it to £800 which I would have been happy with. They were going to ask if I could keep the account I guess I have my answer.

Give it a few weeks and when it closes from your credit files - then reapply for progress like others have done, and you'll probably get accepted better rates and higher limit....

Might try my own bank for a credit card,but dont want to p!ss them off as always had a good relationship with them,been with them 10 years,but i applied for a john lewis card a while back but got told no!!

took ages to come pin and card were week apart, applied around 15th March eventually got Card on Sat 3rd April, £250 limit . No probs but havent used it exept to change pin lol
