I'd say that there are better cards out there, such as those that offer better APR's...
AMEX is a bit like Liverpool. It used to be so exclusive but the glory days are behind them.0 -

Honestly, one of the toughest has to be the MBNA Platinum Plus or the Egg World Money card..... they are both socred harsh cos they give great limits and great rewards/apr's/super BT's etc etc
Best card in the world (exclusivity wise) has been the Amex Centurian (or Amex Black)...
See below for some US based ones...

Nothing to do with cards but had to share lol
Right I have done my money saving deed of the day, car insurance renewal. Usually just renew with same broker who charge £25 for the priviledge. just rang,
Them....... it is £325
Me...........but how much including all fees etc
Them.......£325
Me..........So how much per month
Them ......£27
me .........ok will let you know
now a little calulations and anotehr call
me.............So the £27 per month is including your fee
Them..........No it's £27 plus £25 cheque you need to send to us
me.............So acually it is £349
Them..........Well yes but your insurance is only £300
lol
So now have it for £280 in total......no fees from broker......including legal cover and ALL FEES............how hard is it for companies to give a total for everything at once?
So in 5 minutes saved myself £70. :TTOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0
