actually they can decline it as some companies wont follow through an app with a NOC
I'm pretty sure that's internal policy, and never officially on the criteria, because they certainly shouldn't be doing that - I don't deny that it probably happens though, just like footballers shouldn't dive - they still do, just never officially say it. That's why I got rid of my NOC (hoping to get some instant accepts rather than all referrals this time around)

What's acceptance like for Next? I want something like HSD but not as stupidly expensive. I don't know when my last app for Next/Littlewoods etc was, but I think it was more than 6 months by now.... Need clothes for holiday! :)

My credit card bill will be stupidly low this month - £18 at Tesco today and that's it - the billing date is the 19th so looks like I won't be racking up the £349.62 that I managed last month!!

i have just reqested that my NOC be removed by equifax and experien. Once they are removed, i will try sygma again. Only then will i be able to confirm my suspicions.
  • Hi forgive me if this is in wrong thread but ive just received my call credit report and there 6 searches over last 2 years 3 of which say reason as money laundering gives no details of who requested search is it anything to worry about
