Wasn't a lot of Monument accounts sold to these guys? They just buy the debt and give you a new account, in essence.... their apr is better than Vanquis though, lol - says a lot really doesn't it?

Do you have any defaults that you know of? If not, then say no.... its only a pre checker, but it doesnt matter if you say yes - they will ask about them just be honest or guess to an estimate.....

Whats wrong with HBoS?

Its sub-prime is it not? Is it a hard card to get?

What is right with HBOS mate? I was merely pointing out that Aqua is issued by them, no reason! lol.... The aqua card is described as sub-prime but if HBOS have refused you lately then so will Aqua...

Not applied for anything in a about a month, maybe three actually, it was Cap1 just before my holiday in September, and they declined me...but I owe them money that I am paying to a DCA lol :rolleyes:

Since that though I have regular payments with JD Williams, Jacamo and Vanquis (although if they take three months to start reporting, I am only on my 2nd statement now)

Only product I have with HBoS is my easycash, which I dont use, and it does not report anyway
