The Daily Mail I think. It said the owners were putting the club up for sale and that Sven may buy it.

Does anybody know when exactly an Equifax online statutory credit report is available to view after the nightly update? I'm dying to know because my final default will be removed, and I've been waiting ages for this. I know that CreditExpert is available from about 4am, but I don't know about Equifax.0

They have 28 days to remove it mate so anytime until 6th Jan...
But usually quicker tbh lol2010 - year of the troll

I thought they automatically drop off exactly 6 years after the default date (which would have been 9th Dec 09)?0

They should, but not always the case. Sometimes you have to remind them, and other times their update can miss it. As I say, it should be automated but this is not guaranteed..... usually problems occur if there was an incorrect default which later got amended/changed.2010 - year of the troll

I lost my phone last night, o2 are sending a replacement but I asked them to send it to uni, which they say they've done. The email they've sent says "registered address" then lists the uni halls. If they've updated my registered address to this place that'll screw up my credit rating big time won't it?
As my credit card is still registered where I used to live, could I just carry on putting that - even though my credit report might show a linked address because of uni/o2 - and that I've lived there 3 & 1/2 years and get away with it?0 -

You're right, they still haven't removed it.
CRAs are liars. They say a default is removed 6 years after default date. No its not. A default is removed 6 years and 28 days after default date.
I sent a query to them this morning about this. Hopefully they'll remove it soon.0 -
