Applied for a O2 simplitity deal via TopCashBack for the £200 and i think O2 havent even Credit Checked me.
I do have 2 perfectly run accounts with them thou so maybe internal scoring?

Sorry to hear that mate. Have you any adverse with Equifax? Proliant/Sutton/others...did you have some adverse data on Equifax or on Experian?

I am trying to work out whether you do need a clean Equifax file to have a chance as it is stated on their website that the applicant must have a clean credit history..ie no defaults.

nothing except a late payment marker from nov 08 though i do have 13 accounts showing on equifax and am using 50% of available credit and on a retivally low income of £10k and my Credit to income ratio is already 3:1

I have adverse nearly 5yrs old on Equifax.
Read a post on last page from a guy called Alan whose situation mirrors mine. One debt, two addresses, two defaults. Same people too the lovely Cabot :mad:
