Be careful when closing the account, the first person I spoke to (only a week ago) said it will be closed once a balance showing £0 is produced and the card had been cancelled. I later found out the card hadn't been cancelled so I called back asked someone else and bam immediately closed, I wasn't fed any tripe about having to wait for a £0 statement. If you get told this ask to be put through to someone else
iZools did you have an agreement to sign with your Silver Card?

I signed online. I'm on the ER and have 8 agreements at my address so they didn't ask for any ID or paperwork :o

Card took a week. Pin hasn't arrived yet but that's no bother as it's already maxed with a Balance Transfer. You already signed matey, online! :o
