Funny that cos i've still not even had a reply to say this to me yet (when I applied for diamond).... I wonder if they just ignore you or ever write out telling you this?

I know you can only have one, but what if they let slip and authorised one for someone?..... hmmmmmm :D;);)

Yea seen that mate - I know that's their 'rule' but what if? See what i'm saying? It'd still be nice to get a letter though, saying sorry! After all they make plenty on interest from us don't they, to afford a bl00dy 2nd class stamp :rotfl:

errrr, im not sure until I hold the card in my hands, but I applied today after reading this thread. I already hold a Vanquis Gold Card, yet I was approved for this one also.

I've just spoken to someone who says that it maybe possible that you can have this second card, but they will close down the first card and this is what could be happening to me. They also said that because this maybe the case I will end up with the Diamond Card with a lower APR but same credit limit. How much is true is anyone's guess, but hey!

I've held the Vanquis CC for over 2 years now if that makes any difference, and got my Gold Card In Decemeber 2009.

Thats kinda what I was thinking they 'could' do, but thanks - let us know what, if anything, happens please? :p:p

so what card did you apply for today? How do you know you were approved, Vanquis never give instant decisions....

Does ayone know when Barclaycard automatically up your credit limit?

I have had my card nearly 7 months (have had 6 statements) and always spent £300+ and paid in full every month.
