Some people just have nothing better to do with their lives than insult people online....

Just phoned Cap1....When I wanted to know what account I've got they said Capital One!! When I explained how there are 4 cards and which do I have he seemed to understand and looked it up, it took ages and he put my on hold, so I guess something isn't right!! Still on hold now....

ARGH!!!!!!!! Talk about talking to a brick wall.... I've got a progress card (and he explained about the rate going down), that's why it took them a lifetime to check "as it was opened in 2009" :\, that's not long ago!! So I said ok shouldn't my limit be £500 then, so he said yea on the 4th statement it will go up to £500, so I said yea but I've just had the 4th statement and it went from £100 to £200, so when will it go to £500, he said they'll write to me etc so I said well can't it go to £500 now as the internet says it's £500 minimum limit, so why have I been on £100 for 4 months and now £200. He just said that's the "offer" available now, but when I took out my account I go by whatever offer was available then.... I'm pretty sure £200 wasn't minimum limit when I took out my account though!! Is it worth emailing them?

Anyone know what their hold music is? It's just one song that played over and over! I'm pretty sure it used to be on the Lloyds adverts - kinda ironic they're using it!!

So, like me, you were given a limit completely different to the limit stated in the cards summary box.

I was supposed to get a minimum of £500 also.

I will be getting an increase next month and if it isn't the £500 they stated, I'll be taking it further. False advertisement!

Are you on your 3rd month at the moment then? How much are you on now? To be fair I know for a fact I never applied for that one!! The APR decrease means nothing to me so I wouldn't have gone for it as, although it's a higher limit, it's harder to get, and most people hate students as it is!

Didn't you email them about it a while back?

Was declined for a Tesco credit card, do you think it would be wise to appeal and send copies of my vanquis statements for past six months? Would they re-consider seeing that I have run the account perfectly?

Haha well done! I don't trust online games though, they're fixed.... It's legal too.... "long term averages".... a lot of the time you will get beginners "luck" to hook you, then they fleece you. Hence why I go for the bonuses only at many different sites, complete them and win some more and then they never see me again :D
