    Still not good enough really. I would rather have a settled account rather that one with £300 C/L

    Yeah my Empire Stores account is £2200. So will that look good settled?

    I think they may have sent you the wrong card then or the underwriter changed the application type when re-keying? I will call customer service and ask what account you have, if you have the progress card I would complain as the min credit limit is £500
    Strange.... Yea it may be better to call than email, I'll have a look. I don't want them to cancel the card and reissue it or anything though...

    See i always thought that you're better off keeping an account open to show you can run it never knew that settle accounts look good too.

    I made sure no thanks was given... Dont mention what card you have just ask what account.

    The key is to have enough active accounts to prove you can manage your credit but to not have too many open at once.
