    If you select contact us you can select close account. You key in account number and reason for closure and they just do it :-) I had to get it re-opened though as they owed me money. I hope they have closed it again.

    I can't say i blame you, especially as your now basically prime, so you don't need Jacamo, Aqua, Vanquis etc.
