Went in to the Natwest to see if I could have a service card, I had a peek on the computer screen and it was showing a list with a Service card 100 and 250, but when selected computer said no. Will try again next month. Notice that they search Equifax for their loans too.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

Anyone got a picture of the HSBC Advance card? I believe it's the same as the Plus card but different name?
The HSBC Plus is the black card with red edging, apparently the HSBC Advance is like the orange colour of their foreign version (they are trying to streamline the services)....

I did mate but I don't understand what is wrong, if you're disputing something then they should sort it, surely? Its not hard to get the CRA to sort an address mis-match.
