If it was EQ I could probably argue the toss, but not a chance with EX

Apparanty it took BOI 6 weeks to sort a reply (accept) for 1 user :beer:

Why don't you call them?

Put it this way, I have 9 searches on EX, a discharged BR order from 2 years ago, and six satisfied defaults from 2.5-3 years ago.

They aren't going to accept!

Thankfully EQ lost all my address links so I am fine with any creditor who searches them exclusively, my current address history is pristine :T

No mate as it will be incorrect you would request removal from Sygma and they usually do it within a week of requesting, they don't want to be done for libel i'd have thought.

The woman that removed mine simply asked for proof of my previous addresses, so I sent bank statements from here and there and a copy of a letter from Experian confirming my address history.... No problems at all.

So in your case, easily sorted and even easier to remove - no threats, just a polite letter asking for them to fix the error.

No mate they don't give instant decisions and sorry, they check Experian as advised by the zools man...... I think they done unrecorded on my Equifax - as I say it was a while ago but thinking back, it was Experian they searched and they then went to Equifax and checked out the incorrect links....... maybe cos my files were a mess at the time they checked both - but yea, they searched Experian first and foremost.

Given that many things have changed with my ex leaving, the income, expenditure, marital status, employment status (have more hours now) all changed - how long should I leave it to ensure I don't get N Hunter flag after flag...?

Not in a rush to apply for anythying anyway just wondering how N Hunter play...

I disagree - they searched both of mine and they use call credit all the time now for everything especially account reviews. I have several footprints on callcredit.....

I currently have 15 searches on EX lol

Exactly - like I said I can't confirm as it was three years ago.

Sorry to say I told you so re: BOI, but it still stands - the only credit card companies that search EQ exclusively are Sygma and Barclaycard.
