Try 01264 401402. I hear it's for Customer services for accounts numbers starting with 5, but they will transfer you if it doesn't.

My first capital one card I was given a £400.00 starting limit and no increase on the 4th statement:T

I closed this card and applied again and was given £200.00 starting limit which was increased on the 4th statement to £400.00:rotfl:
Pah that sucks! Still 400 either way I suppose! :p That's why I kind of don't want to do it, as it's a new account, so if I'm not sure I'd get more it might not be worth it. E.g. say they only gave me another £100 then having 18 months @ £200 will look better than say 4 months @ £300 (or whatever the new limit is, especially true if the new limit is the same as the old one!)

I got Capital One classic with a limit of £2,100. I got it since late 2007, when i had a default with 02...but now been removed. I am thinking of closing this one and reapplying again for the Capital One Progress/Plus card.

Should i keep the classic card open but only for emergencies now that I have Tesco CC with CL of £4K 16.9% or hope to get a decent limit with the better APR rate with Capital One? Decisions, decisions!!

If you've got a 4k with Tesco, at a better rate, and only want to use Crap1 for emergencies then I'd leave it be TBH. If you don't need the credit why damage your file having a newer account and another search - along with the risk you may get the same or lower credit limit?

Have you applied for MBNA classic Miles30? If so, did you get it?

Did not have time to apply MBNA classic CC application during office hours today, but i will try and find time to apply MBNA classic tmw...hopefully with an instant acceptance outcome.

Mate I told you this yesterday - MBNA are instant decisions 24/7-365! You can apply at 2am or 2pm and the outcome will be spot on exactly the same!

You don't quite grasp that, right? lol :rotfl: :rotfl:

Did you miss my automated decline? They can only do this if they can fully credit score me first... not even a refer, that means it was properly scored against the live Experian database at 11pm or whatever time it was I applied :p:p
