    Ta for that.

As I don't want an overdraft any way the charges will not apply to me. That is if I get the account!

edit - it looks as if those charges apply to the Personal Account and not the Online Account

Nooo - I said it was like AVU...

    AVU is RBS,

Egg is Citi mate lol
Ahh, that's even harsher then if you weren't expecting AVU style stupidness from Egg/Citi!!

I've got a Citibank account, was thinking of going for a credit card but not if they'll play stupid games like that I won't be!

:rotfl:@ BOC's credit card being done by MBNA......that's a no for me then!

Yes it was, the agreed they loan in principle with an 11.5% APR, that would really have helped my cash flow. Now I will have to just take it on the chin as the 30% APR finance interest free ends on my agreements next month.

    V2 Finance?

How long have you been with Natwest? I applied online and sent in the paper work last week for their current account, they told me today a pack is coming out with a/c no etc. The plan is to bank with them for about 6 months to build up a relationship then apply for a loan, if you dont mind me asking Elky, what facilities do you get on the current account when you first open it?

I've had my NatWest account for approximately 4 years, however it is not my main bank account. I've never had any direct debits with them (only 1 standing order) and only around £400 gets paid into it each month.

I have two savings accounts with them which has had a balance for quite some time.

I got a Solo card and cheque book with the account but they are issuing Visa now, no overdraft because I've never wanted one.

I applied for the Silver card today and got the message ''we'll review your application and write to you in 7-10 days with a decision.''
I was a little impatient so I phoned then after 2 hrs and they asked me to send 3 forms of id.

Is it normal for Sygma to ask for id? Why will they ask for id as i am on electoral roll on equifax?

I have just checked my equifax report. No credit search! These people are driving me crazy. Now equifax say I've had no credit search in the whole yr! Could they have a duplicate of my report or what?

    Any advice?

    Thanks
